APMAR celebrates the 2nd National Woman’s Health Day in Italy

On 22 April, on the occasion of the celebration of 2nd National Woman’s Health Day in Italy, APMAR in cooperation with ASMARA Onlus set up a kiosk in Auditorium Biagio D’Alba of Rome, where specialists conducted for free capillaroscopy. Capillaroscopy is the examination for the prevention and diagnosis of certain rheumatic diseases such as systemic sclerosis and it is also suitable for monitoring the evolution of the Raynaud’s phenomenon. The National Women’s Day is an annual event established by the Directive of the President of the Council of Ministers on the 11th of June, 2015, as a proposal of the Minister of Health, with main aim to raise public awareness about the prevention and health care of women.
