The Hellenic League Against Rheumatism (ELEANA) participated in the Eular Annual European Conference of PARE in Lisbon, Portugal from 24 to 26 February 2017, and it was represented by Ms Dora Papastavrou and Ms Dora Seitanidou, who won the first prize for the activity: “Intimate relationship with RMD”. The aim of this activity/campaign was to enhance intimate relationships and overcome sexual issues related to people with RMDs while a social research took place with the support of Sexual Disorders Treatment Unit and the 1st Psychiatric Clinic of the University of Athens. The outcomes of this research were presented with a poster at the conference as well as at a special event for members of ELEANA’s organization.
