ELEANA’s support phone line in action!

During March ELEANA’s support phone line, which operates since 2007, received many phone calls from ELEANA’s members as well as from the public, concerning new diagnoses, insurance policy on healthcare and medicines as well as other questions and concerns regarding rheumatic diseases and their treatment. League’s staff who are in charge for the operation of the line answered to their concerns with the help of doctors, where it was needed, while a new member, a social worker, became part of the team with main aim to provide the interested people with information on health policy and welfare issues.
