PA Agora values the importance of having a PA for the conference. However, due to budget constraints this year, we regret to inform you that we are unable to cover the expenses for a PA. Our funds are limited, and we must minimize costs to ensure the conference can proceed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Accommodation arrangements for AGORA Association's representatives are scheduled by default, for one (1) person, single room occupancy, including breakfast, for three (3) nights.

In case a member has additional requirements, such as a personal assistant, or accompanied with an extra adult (not a P.A.) please refer it to the option "Adults" below.

This is the total amount corresponding to the preferences of the second person. Payment must be made by October 5th, 2024.

NOTES

The accommodation cost applies to the upgrade from single to double occupancy.

Costs apply only to the second person that is not a personal assistant.

Lunches and welcome dinner will be held within the conference venue at the hotel's restaurant.

Gala Dinner and Satuday Dinner will be held offsite; the location will be announced shortly.

All meals include beverages and alcohol.

The meeting point for the Malta sightseeing tour will be announced shortly.

After submitting your application form, please proceed with the payment for the selected events/choices via bank transfer.
