As we close the AGORA Conference 2025, we take a moment to celebrate the power of action and collaboration. The AGORA Best Practice Awards will highlight inspiring initiatives from across our network that made a real difference.
What are the Best Practice Awards
These awards recognize three outstanding initiatives led by AGORA member organizations — projects that have had a meaningful impact on the lives of people living with rheumatic and autoimmune conditions.
Whether it’s a campaign that raised awareness, a service that empowered patients, or a new approach to care and support — we want to share your success.
Who can apply
All AGORA member organizations are invited to submit a short case study showcasing a successful best practice.
What to include in your submission
Your case study (PDF format) should describe:
- What the initiative was about
- Why it was created (the need or challenge it addressed)
- How it was implemented (key actions or strategies used)
- What impact it had (outcomes, results, or feedback)
Feel free to include visuals, photos, or links if they help tell your story.

How the voting works
From 1 to 15 September 2025, all AGORA members will be invited to vote online via the official conference website. A reminder will be sent once the voting platform is live.
Awards Ceremony
The winners will be announced during the Closing Session on Saturday, 20 September 2025 at 16:00 – 16:30. This session will also include updates from Bulgaria and the formal introduction of the new AGORA Board.
